  • Mission: I was hired to refresh the kelkoo shopping site. New Design implementation with more ajax interaction and widget (price slider). Team of 4 developers, plus back end (java) in Grenoble. Integration with PHP Symfony 1.4. Symfony app is calling Web Services to get data in XML format. Day to day agile meeting over the phone with Grenoble and Video conferencing sprint planning.

BSkyB (Contract).

  • Mission: I was split between the loyalty team and the mysky team. I implemented various UI and widget as per requirements. Liaise with Java Back end for integration.

  • Mission: I was hired to refresh the website. A lot of JavaScript – jQuery involved. I focused on the Dashboard/Account section that allows designer to manage their account. Integration with PHP Symfony 1.4

I didn’t stay long at BBC Worldwide unfortunately, as the Agile process was not mature enough, and I didn’t find the challenges I was looking for. And, during that first 2 weeks of doubt, I was tempted away by an interesting opportunity at IPC Media. I created my limited company and I am happy with this decision.
